Check-in & check out

Guests may arrive after 14:00, unless otherwise agreed. Guests are asked to leave their rooms by 10:00 on the day of departure.

 

Booking conditions

To confirm a booking, an advance payment of 50% of the complete amount due is payable up to ten days after booking. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer. The remaining amount due is payable in cash on arrival.

Credit / Debit cards not accepted.

Deposits for Jizerska 50 and New Years Eve are non-returnable.

 

Cancellation fees

In excess of thirty days prior to arrival: no charge.

From thirty to fourteen days prior to arrival : 50% of advance payment.

Less than fourteen days prior to arrival: 100% of advance payment.

 

Guests departing earlier than previously agreed may not request refunds.

Deposits for Jizerska 50 and New Years Eve are non-returnable!

 

Insurance.

Accommodation rates do not include insurance – guests are advised to take out their own travel insurance at a Czech Insurance Agency (coverage for trip cancellation, travel delays, lost luggage, medical emergencies, etc.).
