House rules - Guest House Na Rozcestí, the Jizera mountains

Persons under the age of fifteen may use services offered at the Guest House only under supervision of persons over the age of eighteen. Persons between the age of fifteen and eighteen with the consent of their legal guardian.

Guests are asked to present a valid passport, identification card or other for of identification upon registration.

The Guest House may, in special circumstances, accommodate guests in different but similar accommodation than that reserved by the guest.

The Guest House must accommodate guests who have reserved and confirmed accommodation from 1400 to 2100 on the day of arrival. Rooms will be reserved for guests until that time.

Guests are asked to leave their rooms tidy and hand in keys by 1000 on the day of departure.

Guests may apply to extend their stay at the Guest House, but must bear in mind that different rooms may be offered. Guests are fully liable for any damage caused to the property. A fee of CZK1000 is payable upon loss of keys.

Guests are asked not to move furniture around in their rooms, nor to interfere with any electric or other device.

No personal electronic appliances (not including personal hygiene devices) may be used in guests’ rooms.

Ski and sports shoes are not allowed to be worn in guests’ rooms.

Guests are asked to switch off lights when leaving their rooms, ensure taps are turned off and doors locked.

Guests are asked to conduct themselves in such a manner in all areas of the Guest House so as not to cause fire.

All areas of the Guest House, including guests’ rooms, are non-smoking.

Guests may not consume their own food and/or drink in the Restaurant.

Guests are asked to remain quiet between 2200 and 0800.

The Guest House is liable for guests’ belongings where they are stored in designated storage areas. The Guest House shall only be liable for money and valuables when they are stored in the Guest House safe against a signed receipt.

Dogs and other animals may be accommodated only by prior arrangement.

Guests are accommodated on the understanding that they shall abide buy these House Rules. Where guests breach the House Rules the management reserves the right to withdraw from any accommodation contract earlier than previously agreed.
